Meet Joanne Singh, co-host of the Lenses of Liberation podcast, a driving force in the realms of social justice and equity. Born in Guyana and raised in Canada, Joanne brings a rich blend of cultural insights to her role. A graduate with honors in Economics & Accounting and a CPA, CA, she's a certified business coach with an exceptional 15+ year track record in the non-profit sector.

Joanne's influence extends far beyond the financial world. Having held senior finance positions at international NGOs focused on women's rights, she's cultivated expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her unwavering commitment to systemic change is further realized through her role as a consultant and coach to social impact leaders.

On the podcast, Joanne is known for her knack in delving deep, asking the tough questions that lead to transformative conversations. A millennial immigrant woman of color whose encountered both sexism and ageism, her unique perspective ignites dialogue that bridges gaps and sparks action.

Joanne envisions a world where these candid conversations lead to pragmatic solutions. She believes in the power of collective liberation and is dedicated to amplifying voices often unheard. Rachel Snyder brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the realm of social justice and equity to the Lenses of Liberation Podcast as a Jewish-American queer woman who has been wildly passionate about systemic change since childhood. Rachel holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Marketing, and owns her own online business, while also dedicating her time to one-on-one heart-centered mentorship.

Rachel's dedication to creating a more just and equitable world is reflected in every episode of Lenses of Liberation, where she co-leads thought-provoking conversations with trailblazing leaders from diverse industries. With her ability to explore and synthesize a variety of perspectives, combined with her deeply empathetic and authentic approach, she inspires her audience to take action towards a more equitable future.
